Angust Sweetally, claim £2 10s 3d on a judgment summons.-Defendant gave evidence that he was not in a position to pay the account. He had been working lately for 15s a week and food. He was a married man with four children. He would be able to pay the amount in full after shearing.-His Worship adjourned the case till 24th January. "The Bruce Herald", 18 August 1896. |
