(Before H. McCullock, Esq., R.M.)
Gregg and Stephenson v. Devoloski: Claim £2 9s 5d. Mr. Henderson for plaintiffs. Defendant produced receipts to show that the amount sued for had been paid. At this stage the case had to be adjourned till next court day in consequence of the disappearance of a witness. "The Mataura Ensign", 09 March 1883.
