Joseph Hoffman, of Gore, coal miner, filed a petition for adjudication in bankruptcy in the District Court, Gore on Saturday. Following is a list of his creditors as lodged with the Assignee, all unsecured:-

Domigan, Gore (draper), 13s 6d; Jones, Gore (coal carter), £2; G. McKenzie, Invercargill (grocer), £3 6s; McCutcheon and Ritchie, Gore (saddlers), £1 3s; F. J.
